Alleged Old Asbestos Pipe

When the Parochial Field was somewhat levelled back in 2017, one area of the Parochial Field was not levelled. The yellow Xs and red X in the above photos and image highlight this non levelled area.

It has been alleged, that this area was not levelled due to the discovery and location of an old and large Asbestos Sewage Pipe. Local knowledge would suggest that this is correct in regard to this sewage pipe. This needs to be conclusively confirmed one way or the other prior to any work commencing, as this is so close to the adjoining elderly lady's kitchen, and out of respect for the health and safety of any work person on this potential project.

The Natura Impact Statement in the planning application has no reference to this alleged Asbestos Pipe. If this alleged pipe exists, were the authors of this report made aware of its presence?

If the alleged information is correct and if the old large Asbestos Sewage Pipe exists between the proposed public toilet block and adjacent to/under the proposed Kids Play Park, should this have been addressed in the Environmental Impact Assessment?
