This is extremely concerning due to the potential of the Flood Zones being extended due to the 2017 levelling of the Parochial Field.

The location of this Substation in tandem with the proposed Kids Play Park introduces further Anti-Social Behaviour concerns due to additional Non-Visibility Zones etc...
The initial location for this Substation was metres from the adjoining elderly resident's home heating oil tank and in the proposed Kids Play Park. The original tSubstation location was moved due to concerns expressed over the proximity to the oil tank.
The Shed Embankment, Civil Engineer and Embankment Concerns section raises concerns regarding work carried out in this ESB Networks development and raises questions for ESB Networks. Subsidence and structural damage to an adjoining shed needs to be investigated.
Can Clonmany Enterprise Development Ltd explain why they gave permission to ESB Networks to install a substantial Substation in their proposed Kids Play Park and not inform Donegal County Council about it in their planning application?
