Throughout Ireland, Public Toilets are disappearing due to Anti-Social Behaviour. In April 2024, prior to the planning submission deadline, another attempt to try and get the planning permission withdrawn was put in motion. Research was carried out into Public Toilet's Anti-Social Behaviour and a document was assembled. This document was sent to the chairman of Clonmany Enterprise Development Ltd (02/04/2024), highlighting these Anti-Social Behaviour issues in the hope that they would take on board the concerns and withdraw their planning application. I asked that the document be distributed to all board members. The document was evidence based, screenshots of news headlines from various vetted news outlets in Ireland, UK and elsewhere.

The document, accompanying message and image was sent via WhatsApp. The one and only response to this document, message and image was a WhatsApp thumbs up, no follow-up discussion on the serious issues and concerns raised, nor any discussion on their potential impact on the community.

The Online Research (Google Search) into Public Toilets throws up some distressing results. They include
